For more than thirty years, Chuck Georgo has served as a public safety strategist, business analyst, systems engineer, and project manager supporting national and homeland security missions of federal, state, local, and tribal government agencies, and corporate security and intellectual property protection objectives of private sector organizations.
 
In each engagement, Chuck helped these organizations to develop and implement effective strategy, strong program management, innovative technologies, and behavior changing performance management systems designed to effect achievement of desired public safety and business results.

• North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) – Crisis identification and operations management, knowledge development/management, enterprise architecture, and change management;
• Boston Regional Intelligence Center – Suspicious activity reporting policy, process and line officer training. SharePoint architecture, design and portal development, project management;

Chuck has completed competencies for ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Lead Auditor (TPECS). He currently serves on the Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) Committee for the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), and Security Committee of the Integrated Justice Information Systems (IJIS) Institute. Past leadership roles included First Vice President and Program Director for the InfraGard Maryland Members Alliance, and Chairman, Security and Privacy Committee of the IJIS Institute. 

Chuck holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Administration through Central Michigan University, a second Master of Science Degree in Information Architecture through Capitol College, a Graduate Certificate in eCommerce Management, and an Bachelors of Science Degree in Sociology, awarded through University of the State of New York, Excelsior College. 

Entrepreneur, filmmaker, conservationist and activist, Omar Todd has overseen the development and growth of a group of start-up companies in the digital media and technology sectors over the past 15 years. Also completed several stints consulting with some of the world's largest technology companies , including Microsoft and Cisco.

Now Chief Executive Director of Union Roth Capital, a company that provides venture capital and consultancy services to a range of technology and media ventures. Omar is also an Director of Sea Shepherd Conservation Society.

Mike Muscatell is a seasoned IT veteran with more than twenty years in the Info rmation Technology field. Mike is a results-driven IT professional which background includes managing the full range of project development with in-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of Network Systems, E-Commerce Operations and Security Design.  Strong “hands-on” technical knowledge and experience with a broad array of technology and information security certifications.   

Proficient in Six Sigma procedures and Info rmation security compliance practices including; Payment card Industry (PCI), Sarbanes Oxley (SOX 404, 401), Gramm-Leach-Bliley (GLBA) and Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA).  His main security passion is that of a Malware defense specialist and is a member of ISSA ( Info rmation Systems Security Association).
