Taking into consideration any sensationalism, the article seems to bring these concerns to a near paranoia level. I felt it indicated you couldn't deal Squarely within the country at all. While I'm aware that you need to be more cautious in some areas vs others, this seemed over the top. I've sent this over to our Asia regional lead to review and to see her thoughts. I'm not much of a Traveling man at the office any longer, but I have been to the East and back again. I know many colleagues whom do travel there often and I'll be interested to see how serious this information is taken.
To answer your response in the perspective of what was discussed in the article, I'm not sure what would be considered reasonable in this case. How over the top did you find the concerns to be expressed?  less

According to serious business as medicament, high tech, industrial activities, gems and ores and oil we need to have some substantial knowledge concerning the Triads and Governmental movements in China according to functional channels. Thanks for investigating into verification about my info.

A Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) is a service organization that is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and responding to computer security incident reports and activity. Their services are usually performed for a defined constituency that could be a parent entity such as a corporation, governmental, or educational organization; a region or country; a research network; or a paying client. A CSIRT can be a formalized team or an ad hoc team. A formalized team performs incident response work as its major job function. An ad hoc team is called together during an ongoing computer security incident or to respond to an incident when the need arises.
